Workshop on mental health at ISBR Bangalore on World Mental Health Day (10th October 2023)

On World Mental Health Day, I had the privilege of addressing the bright and enthusiastic PGDM students at ISBR College Electronic City Bangalore. It was a significant moment where we collectively took a step towards breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
